QUALITY CONTROL

R&D stage:

  • KCG refers to the standards of the United States, Europe and Japan, and develops its own unique detection method.
  • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): production part size inspection report, appearance inspection report, function inspection report, materials inspection report and some parts control methods.

I.P.Q.C (Process Inspection):

  • Through the inspection of the manufacturing process, we can timely pinpoint abnormal and unstable factors in the manufacturing process, and immediately take measures to improve and ensure product quality.
  • F.Q.C 100% automated assembly/computer controlled robotic arm is produced in a fully automatic mode to pass the 100% online air pressure testing.
  • O.Q.C. (testing)/The advanced air leak tester is used to inspect the inlet and outlet seals in detail and re-affirm the air tightness of the product. Online testing: Production and Testing are completed in one go. The company's ceramic mandrels are put to a rigorous and continuous life test through an exclusive R&D life testing machine to ensure the product's service life.

First Article inspection:

  • During each batch production, the quality control of the process will be gradually checked according to the first output sample according to the production order to ensure that the finished product meets the relevant requirements, before mass production can be carried out.

Last Article Inspection:

  • Each batch will retain the final output sample for inspection to ensure that the entire batch meets the product quality requirements and that there is consistency throughout the batch.

Autonomous Inspection:

  • Each automated process inspection table is placed in the MES system. Each checkpoint is autonomously inspected and managed according to the independent test specifications.

Product Tracking:

  • All packages are provided with the specific production batch numbers. Customers can immediately search for the materials batch number and quality control information simply by providing us with the production batch number around the bar-code.
